Homes that are larger, haven't been professionally cleaned recently, or require more time will be quoted higher. Monthly service is available and typically runs slightly more per visit than bi-weekly.
Move-out cleaning starts at $325. The final price depends on the size of the home and its current condition. A 3-bedroom house left in average condition after a move typically runs $650–$950. Often, yes — and we're upfront about it. Most homes need a more thorough initial pass before we can maintain them efficiently on a recurring schedule. We quote the first visit as a deep clean, which covers baseboards, inside appliances, ceiling fans, and the areas that accumulate the most buildup. After that, your regular maintenance visits run at the standard rate. You'll know the first-visit price before you book.
Bi-weekly cleaning is our most popular option — and for good reason. While weekly service has the lowest per-visit rate, bi-weekly gives you the best overall value when you look at the full month. You get two thorough cleans, your home stays in consistently good shape, and each visit takes less time because things don't get as far between cleans. Monthly service is available, but homes cleaned once a month typically require more time and effort per visit, which is reflected in the price. Most clients find that bi-weekly just makes more sense — for their home and their budget.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and check. Payment terms are confirmed when you book.
Residential Cleaning
Every room gets attention: vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting surfaces and furniture, cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower/tub, mirrors), wiping down kitchen surfaces and exterior appliance faces, emptying trash, and straightening. We also do the hospitality touches — linens folded, countertops cleared and wiped, cushions straightened. What's not included in standard maintenance: inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, interior windows, and walls. Those can be added as extras or are covered in a deep clean.
